Court Room Testimony

This eight hour course will cover complex issues related to investigations and prosecutions. The instructors will walk students through diverse issues related to conspiracy investigations and how to get the longest possible sentence. The course will go through best practices in working with prosecutors on search warrant applications. The course will prepare students for testimony and typical defense tactics used by defense attorneys. Lastly, students will have the opportunity to take part in a practical exercise, and be crossed by a “defense” attorney at the end of the session.
