About the Event
**RESTRICTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AND PROSECUTORS ONLY**
The primary purpose of this course is to educate and prepare Federal, State and Local law enforcement officials and analysts in identifying, obtaining and analyzing probative disparate digital data associated with common communicative platforms involved in retrospective and ongoing criminal activity, with inclusion of commonly deployed law enforcement technologies. Training will result in increased acquisition of evidence rich digital data leading to greater offender identification, case solvability, prosecutorial success, officer awareness and safety and public safety. The first two days of this training class will be classroom lecture. Day three will be exposure to specialized equipment designed to incorporate all of the below digital media and is voluntary.

- Communication Evolution, Platforms and Trends
- Available Cellular Data Types, Interpretation and Analysis
AT&T, T Mobile, Verizon
- Available Social Media Data Types, Interpretation and Analysis
Facebook, Instagram, Letgo, Snapchat, TextNow, WhatsApp
- Available User Account Data Types, Interpretation and Analysis
- Commonly Law Enforcement Technology Data Types, Interpretation and Analysis
LPR, Acoustic Firearm Locaters (ex. Shotspotter)
- Authoring Court Orders/ Warrant Requests
- Enhancing Probable Cause within Court Orders/ Warrant Requests
- Case Data Presentation- Bringing Data Types Together
